Although Irish immigrants were few in early Gig Harbor, Ireland is well represented by the Sweeney Family and its matriarch, Teresa McCambridge Sweeney. On March 17th from 2:00-3:00pm, educator Leann O’Neill will transport you to the turn of the century where you will meet Teresa and hear her intriguing life story in her own words.
